Good morning, readers! I'm so excited to share with you my collaboration with Farfetch! I love Farfetch so much- they have some really incredible pieces from amazing designers. They asked if I could pick a few items that I loved for fall and here's what I came up with- a few of my most coveted Farfetch pieces for a modern yet classic fall look. Go see the full collab on their google+ here and be sure to follow them! And shop your own fall favorites on the Farfetch website!
Things have been so busy the past two weeks! We just moved to Dallas and into a new apartment this weekend so I have been trying to unpack (far from done) and start my job search here. I am still looking for a photographer to take outfit pictures so bear with me until I find someone!
Today I am posting a few photos from a shoot I styled at Green Dirt Farm. Green Dirt Farm is a sheep's milk cheese farm just outside Kansas City, and they brought Jenny Wheat and I in to create some pretty photos for their new website! I love these styling jobs- it's something I never thought I would do for work but I love doing it. We battled intense rain, heat, wind, lots of farm creatures but it was so fun and I am in love with the pictures Jenny took. So without further ado...

It's been interesting trying to put together outfits when most of my clothing is packed in boxes! I've had to narrow down my wardrobe to the items I can't live without for the next two weeks and it is actually a great exercise in figuring out which pieces really work the best for my everyday life.
When the words "leather skirt" come to mind, an image of something Britney Spears might have worn on stage in the 90s appears. Tacky, micro-mini, gaudy, and terribly un-classy. But this skirt is proving to be one of my favorites for the fall season. The length and the shape make it feel so sophisticated, but the leather keeps it edgy! I purchased it last year, and I was unsure about how I would wear it. But I love mixing the leather with other textures. Last year it was an ivory cable turtleneck; this year its a grey cashmere boyfriend sweater. I also loved pairing it with these chunky black wedges.
