"Your hair looks like an easter egg!" I wish.
The most defining pastel moment I have ever experienced was the Beauty School Dropout scene from Grease. I watched the movie, that scene in particular) over and over, mesmerized by Didi Conn's bubblegum pink hair, her peachy dress, and the chorus girls' glacier blue dresses. The same colors are acting as my guide as I transition my wardrobe from winter to spring. Though I've never been a huge fan of wearing them before, I feel like incorporating them into my wardrobe this spring will add a slightly more feminine and polished edge to my look. I love the idea of barely-there-blush tones, pale pops of buttercup and icy blue tones.
Are you already wearing pastels this winter? Are you loving the idea for spring? I'd love to hear!
