Our Bathroom Renovation Begins - Part 1: Design Inspiration

It’s crazy to think our main bathroom renovation has finally started! When we moved into our house five years ago, it was the most complete and updated room in the house. And so it stayed exactly how it was for the last five years, while more pressing needs directed the flow of our full home reno. We were supposed to begin last spring, but then Covid hit, and and we had to push it all to this year. I’ve quietly been gathering inspiration for the last few years, and I’m so excited to be sharing that today! Needless to say, I am more than happy to kick off the last major part of this renovation!

I love how clean and classic all of these bathrooms are, so we’ll be going for a similar style. I love the touches of marble, light and airy colors, and vintage style faucets and tub fillers. We’ll be sticking with mostly neutrals and whites but we’ll add in some touches of warmth with tumbled brass scones, bath mats, and fluffy white towels.
