My Favorite Looks from Fashion Month

Fashion month has just concluded, and I’m so excited to share my round up of my favorite looks! If you are new here, recapping fashion month is one of my most beloved and long-standing traditions on the blog. Years ago when I was still in college, the time that should have been spent paying attention in class was actually spent pouring over the latest Chanel show and posting about it. As someone who has always dreamed of attending fashion week, being able to see it all online was a thrill. Today, I recap just about every season of shows, rounding up my favorite looks, favorite trends, and favorite shows.

Truthfully, I tend to love the spring shows a little more and the fall shows a bit less. I’m always a little more in love with the spring and summer looks and color palette versus the fall, but this year seemed to be an exception. I loved the sense of everyday wearability from Chloe, the absolute assuredness of 60’s glam from Paco Rabanne, and the playful, embellished details from Johanna Ortiz. And the colors all felt slightly more relatable - navy, grey, ivory and green were some of my favorite color trends. Of course, you can’t talk about Fall without talking about black - head to toe black ensembles were everywhere, thoughtfully romanticized in ultra feminine silhouettes and fabrics.

If you want to see my round up of past favorites, head on over here. It’s always fun to take a walk down memory lane..

And as always, I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below
